Pierre Wust has always loved to work with his hands; from kneading dough to make pies, toiling with wood to build shelves or playing with soil to take care of plants. So when it came to choosing a new career after 20 years as a chemistry technologist, massage therapy was a natural choice, especially since it combined his love of manual labour with the satisfaction of creating a sense of wellbeing in people by bringing them relief and relaxation. Pierre graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage 2200-h massage therapy programme in 2005 and started to work at Myoflex in December 2006. He took some additional courses in pregnancy massage as well as Thai Hot Stem massage and ETPS. Pierre is a member of the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists and has been volunteering for this Association first as Secretary, then as President.
Kathleen Anglehart grew up in a bilingual environment in Campbellton New Brunswick, she moved to Fredericton after high school and attended Eastern College, where she graduated from the Massage Therapy program in July 2011. During the program she received numerous distinctions as Student of the Module for “Intro to Massage Therapy,” “Peripheral Nervous System,” as well as “Nutrition”.
The theoretical part of learning Massage Therapy appealed to her scientifically oriented mind but during the program she also discovered her love for manual work. She is certified in First Aid/CPR and a member of the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists.
